Life In The UK Exchange

We are told that citizenship is bestowed by the state - a formal ‘status’ that determines our rights, identity and ability to move. Citizenship is however more accurately described by the informal 'acts' of women, queers, people of colour and migrants who, throughout history, have claimed the right to have rights.

Life in the UK Exchange is a skills-exchange network, in development, for cultural workers and migrant organisers to reclaim citizenship as a body of tactics for reshaping public life.
